Everyone should know the basics of healthy eating today. In particular, this issue is of interest to women who wish to maintain health for many years, and to be a slender, attractive representative of the fair sex. Nutrition is about eating enough whole foods and drinking well. Of course, it will not be superfluous to find out which foods are preferable: their calorie content, the ratio of substances in meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, etc. There are many nuances of a healthy diet. However, there is no need to go to extremes, because strong concentration can lead to eating disorders (you can read more about the types and symptoms of ECD here).

How to start eating right

Firstly, it is worthwhile to understand once and for all for oneself that the appearance, and the health of internal organs, and the state of the system as a whole depend on the diet. The principles of good healthy eating include the following points:

  • before changing your lifestyle and eating habits, you should consult with your doctor about the acceptability in your particular case;
  • analyze your daily menu;
  • balance nutrition;
  • if you want to have a snack with something sweet, try to trick the stomach and brain - useful goodies also exist;
  • count calories (on average, for women, this norm is 2200 kcal);
  • do not forget about vitamins, minerals;
  • the menu should not be monotonous;
  • adhere to the principle of fractional nutrition;
  • most of the menu should be made up of natural products;
  • drink at least 2 liters of water a day;
  • eat, focusing on the feeling of hunger (more);
  • your breakfast, lunch or dinner should be a leisurely process, with thorough grinding of food in your mouth;
  • eat freshly prepared food;
  • keep physically active throughout the day, etc.

Secondly, the diet of proper nutrition should not include alcohol, convenience foods, sausages, confectionery, mayonnaise, etc.

Third, remember that the best part is seasonal fruits and vegetables! Snacks should be minimized or replaced with healthier ones (nuts, fruits, etc.)

Your metabolism slows down over the years, and eating in moderation is fundamental. Don't forget about energy expenditures: physical activity is good both for shedding calories and for a better metabolism.

Let PP become a norm of life and a habit that will enter your everyday life!
