Residents of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, in parts controlled by Ukraine, became victims of bad weather. Two people died and seven were hospitalized as a result of complicating weather conditions, Emergency Situations Service said.

So, over the past day, as a result of gusty winds and downpours, 100 roofs were damaged and 90 trees were felled. One person died and seven were hospitalized as a result of falling trees in the cities of Druzhkovka and Konstantinovka, Donetsk region.

Units of the Emergency Situations Service evacuated 18 people from flooded houses.

As of July 22, 99 settlements in eight regions of Ukraine remain without electricity.
